Rakshak is a demonstration platform and does not represent an official Government of India application unless and until formally authorized and integrated. Nothing submitted through this application is transmitted to a real government, police, or banking system.

Link checking and Safe Viewer

Risk indicators shown by the Link Checker and Safe Viewer reflect a demo threat intelligence pipeline and general heuristics. They are informational only. Rakshak never states a link is completely safe, and the absence of a warning is not a guarantee of safety. The free, sign in free check is provided for convenience and awareness, not as a certified security assessment.

Reporting and case tracking

Submitting a report through Rakshak creates a case tracked within this application only. In this demonstration build, no complaint is transmitted to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, a police station, or any bank. Reference numbers shown after submission are synthetic and generated locally.

The Ask Rakshak assistant

The Ask Rakshak assistant provides general, rule-based guidance built from information already in the app. It is not legal or police advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome, timeline, or government or police action.
